Return Process

Contact our support team with your order number and the specific model of your battery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Place the item in its original anti-static packaging and ensure it is padded securely within a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or address the package to our returns warehouse, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
